Learning Objectives: To better understand (and learn to navigate) the challenges in training related to incorporating global orthopaedic work into one’s other duties as a student and trainee. To develop a practical approach to finding and negotiating a job in pediatric orthopaedics that not only allows but supports global health work. To become more aware of collaboration and mentorship opportunities within our pediatric orthopaedic professional societies and to optimize efforts across individuals and groups.
