Trauma (Upper Extremity, Hip & Pelvis, Lower Extremity, Foot & Ankle) A novel new technique for closed reduction and pinning displaced supracondylar fractures in children The use of a radiolucent armboard to which the humerus is strapped allows ease of reduction , obviates need of assistant , ensures a true lateral without arm rotation , and allows circumferential access for pinning . An easily reproducible technique used by author for over 15 years.
