Elbow pain and pathology is a common complaint in youth sports, especially repetitive overhead athletes. Attention to the contribution of the shoulder and sport specialization has increased. Lectures will include an update and review of nonoperative and operative treatment of medial epicondyle fractures, UCL injuries, Panners vs OCD of the elbow, sport specialization and shoulder pathology contributions to elbow pathology, and other causes of elbow pain in young throwing athletes. Attendees will learn diagnostic pearls, nonoperative protocols, surgical indications, and return to play criteria for these conditions.
